Damaged Equipment
If your equipment / package arrives in damaged condition, please notify us and shipping company immediately and present a claim upon receipt.

Non Functioning Equipment
On initial delivery and until 30 days after initial sale, if equipment fails to work properly, please contact us for some common troubleshooting tips. If we determine that the equipment is defective, we will either repair or replace the equipment in accordance with the warranty provided for that product. After the 30 day period please follow manufacturers warranty guidelines. Customer is responsible for maintaining a copy of receipt to show proof of purchase.

Warranties
Please follow all manufacturer guidelines for use, care and registration of your equipment. Any modification to your equipment not provided by manufacturer will void warranty. Damage or abuse is not covered under warranty.

Refunds
Refunds will only be allowed for unused and unopened equipment. Refunds will not be permitted without proof of purchase and not beyond 15 days from date of sale. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be allowed for equipment within first 30 days of sale. Proof of purchase is required.
